WARRANTY
SUHR offers a two-year warranty against manufacturing defects in materials and/or workmanship from the date of original retail purchase. Not covered under this warranty is damage resulting from improper installation, adjustment or maintenance, lack of maintenance, alterations, crashes, or use judged by SUHR to be excessive or abusive.
All warranties must be processed through a Local Bike Shop or SUHR Dealer. Your local bike shop or dealer will notify and work with us directly, should a manufacturer defect be found.
SUHR is not responsible for any labor charges incurred during the warranty process.
SUHR accepts returns within 30 days of the original purchase date. Item must be in original packaging with manuals, accessories, and original receipt.

SHIPPING REFUNDS
Return shipping charges will be refunded if items are shipped in error by SUHR. Shipping will not be refunded on items ordered in error by the customer.
